Cancellations
Because Skin Essentials is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exlusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at 316-684-1857. If we don't answer, please leave a message. Please keep in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our esthetician with empty appointment times as well as deny other guests the opportunity to book that time.
We may require a credit card to reserve time for appointments that require more than one hour or for multiple services. Your credit card will be charged for the service booked if the cancellation policy is not honored on these services. We also reserve the right to deny future appointments to individuals who do not honor our cancellation policy.
Online Vouchers & Coupons
No call-no show appointments for online offers such as, Groupon, Living Social, Groupigg, Wisebuys, Wichita Perks, Wichita Half-Off and Dealsaver will be considered redemption of the online deal, as we have already booked the time for you. Anna Beth's Day Spa, Skin Craft and Body Bliss Massage are independent contractors and Skin Essentials cannot be responsible for their vouchers, gift certificates, coupons, products or policies.
Returns
Skin Essentials is comprised of independent contractors and returns are accepted at the descretion of the technician the product was purchased from.
Full store credit is usually issued for goods that have not been opened and the packaging is undamaged, and only within 7 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of products we sell, we can not offer returns for products that were opened and used.
Skin Essentials will replace, at it's discretion, defective items. Defective products must be returned with the contents remaining within 7 days of purchase.
We are unable to reimburse any payment for transactions on gift certificates or service packages. You can, however, apply your service package balance to other services on our menu (excludes massage.)
