Full credit is usually issued for goods that have not been opened and the packaging is undamaged, and only within 7 days of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive products for refund processing.
Due to the nature of products we sell, we can not offer returns for products that were opened and used.
Skin Essentials will replace, at it's discretion, defective items. Defective products must be returned with the contents remaining within 7 days of purchase.
